Any IT&C company may become an ANIS member after completing the membership form and the payment of the membership fee.

By signing the ANIS membership form, companies assume the provisions of the ANIS Statute, our Code of Ethics and the Competition Rules and implicitly undertake to comply with them. The membership fee is determined based on the turnover generated by each company in the previous year. The membership fees are deductible expenses from the corporate tax, under the law of employers and in accordance with Article 21, para. 2. (a).m (b) of the Tax Code.

For each module sold, Innobyte will donate 50 Euro to the Magic Association. The amounts raised are intended to equip hospitals with protective materials, consumables and necessary hospital equipment.


Zitec launches the electronic forms module in regista application

In the context in which, through GEO 38/2020, all public authorities and institutions must make available to citizens online portals in order to receive electronic documents, Zitec, leader on the IT & digital marketing market in Romania, announces the launch of the module Electronic Forms within the Regista application. The new module allows the completion and online sending of the necessary applications for the issuance of certificates, authorizations and other documents issued by public institutions.

Bitdefender and eMAG together with Banca Transilvania and Mobexpert launch the platform "Donate for the first line"

Banca Transilvania, Mobexpert, Bitdefender and eMAG have launched a donation platform, called "Donate for the first line", in order to help doctors and health personnel, as well as police, army and gendarmes, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the target being to raise 50 million lei per month. Cumulatively, the four companies have donated 4 million lei so far. So far, more than 40 million masks, gloves, suits and over 2 million FFP2 masks have been contracted.

More than 45 countries have announced the closure of schools and universities due to the pandemic, according to UNESCO. To continue their courses, these schools and universities have switched to online courses and exams, but supervision can prove difficult. Thus, typingDNA decided to offer its biometric authentication solution free of charge to all schools and university units affected by COVID-19.

Endava has joined the efforts of the Queen Mary health network to provide free testing for patients, doctors and their public institutions. The donation in the amount of 1 million lei represents the equivalent of 5000 free RT-PCR tests.
